2. Orders
2.1. All orders placed on our website are subject to acceptance and availability.
2.2. Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not constitute acceptance of the order.
2.3. Coco Blue reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion. If an order is canceled, you will be notified, and a full refund will be processed.
3. Pricing
3.1. All prices listed on our website are in South African Rand (ZAR).
3.2. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
3.3. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our pricing. In the event of an error, we reserve the right to cancel or amend the order.
4. Payments
4.1. Payments are securely processed via Paystack. By using Paystack, you agree to their terms and conditions.
4.2. Full payment is required at the time of placing your order.
Coco Blue does not store your payment details. All transactions are encrypted and handled by Paystack.
5. Shipping
5.1. We deliver across South Africa. Shipping fees and delivery timelines will be displayed at checkout.
5.2. Orders are usually dispatched within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Coco Blue is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Returns and Exchanges
Coco Blue does not accept returns or exchanges, except in the case of defective, incorrect, or damaged items.
If you receive a defective, incorrect, or damaged item, contact our support team at support@cocoblue.co.za within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds or replacements for defective, incorrect, or damaged items will be processed within 14 business days after the item is assessed.
7. Cancellations
7.1. Orders cannot be canceled once placed, except in edge cases, such as errors during the ordering process.
7.2. For cancellation requests, email support@cocoblue.co.za within 24 hours of placing your order.
7.3. Approval of cancellations is at Coco Blue's discretion, and refunds for approved cancellations will be processed within 7 business days.
8. Warranties
Coco Blue warrants that all products are free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized alterations.

9. Limitation of Liability
Coco Blue’s liability is limited to the value of the item purchased.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where prohibited by South African law, including under the Consumer Protection Act.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in South African courts.
11. Changes to Terms
Coco Blue reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
