Coco Blue does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. This policy complies with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
2. Eligibility
Returns or refunds are only accepted if:
- The item is defective or damaged upon delivery.
- The incorrect item was delivered.
3. How to Initiate a Return
Contact us at support@cocoblue.co.za within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs. If approved, we will provide return instructions.
4. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the fault is ours. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
